Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Atlas. Users between 13 and 17 require parental consent. Users under 18 are placed in a separate, age-appropriate community.

2. Community Guidelines

Treat Others with Respect

• No harassment, bullying, intimidation, or personal attacks.
• No hate speech targeting any identity.
• No dismissing or mocking someone's emotions or identity.

Keep It Safe

• No threats of violence or harm.
• No sexually explicit content or graphic violence.
• No promotion of self-harm or substance abuse.

Keep It Real

• No spam, advertising, or promotional content.
• No impersonation or fake accounts.

3. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you create on Atlas. By posting, you grant us a limited license to display and store your content as necessary to operate the App. This license ends when you delete your content or account.

4. Content Moderation

All text and images are subject to automated moderation. Content receiving multiple reports may be automatically hidden. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

5. Circles

Circles are anonymous communities of approximately 50 members. Your real identity is not visible to other Circle members. Do not attempt to identify other members or share Circle conversations externally.

6. Enforcement

Violations may result in warnings, content removal, account suspension, or permanent bans. Appeals can be sent to support@oneatlas.app.

7. Crisis Resources

Atlas is not a substitute for professional mental health treatment. If you or someone you know is in crisis:

8. Disclaimers

Atlas is provided "as is" without warranties by OneAtlas LLC. We are not a medical, therapeutic, or clinical service. Content should not be considered professional advice.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Hamilton County, Ohio.
